In collaboration with our Lisbon friends, Miguel Andrade and Sanda Vuckovic Pagaimo (Little Upside Down Cake) we hosted a dreamy breakfast at the new A Sociedade space in Principe Real. Former Noma chef, Leonardo Pereira has returned to Lisbon to create a Portuguese inspired breakfast of: Scrambled Eggs & Dried Tuna, Savory Millet Porridge, Snails, Garlic & Parsley, Radishes & Oyster Dip, Portuguese Ssam (Chorizo, Coriander & Pickled Red Peppers), Blueberry & Basil Ice-cream, and more. The table was adorned with vibrant yet delicate foraged floral arrangements by, Albane Chotard and morning coffee prepared by Helle of Copenhagen Coffee Lab — located just around the corner.
