To celebrate the opening of the stunning new location of Pujol, Trends on Trends partnered with Chef Enrique Olvera to bring Mexico City’s top creative minds together for a morning meal. Olvera prepared conchas (traditional Mexican breakfast pastries), two courses of tamales, and the most luxurious yoghurt and mango dish.
