The second BreakfastClub with Noosa Yoghurt  took Trends on Trends to Chicago’s The Cotton Duck, where we were happily joined by noosa co-founder Koel ThomaeMetric Coffee Co. brewed single origin pour overs to rouse guests like Hunter Swartz, founder of Eastman Egg and Jessica Chasin of the Freehand hotel awake.  Chef Dominic Zumpano served up comforting, yet luxurious breakfast dishes like baked rice crepes with Ibérico ham, Gruyére, and Chantilly cream alongside cast iron pancakes decorated with cinnamon farro and Metric Nitro coffee maple foam amongst a table lined with silvery, frosted ferns in Lucite cubes. #DineAroundCHI guides illustrated by Jade Sheldon were set alongside linens by Samantha Verrone and lovely ceramics by Felt and Fat.
