In our second collaboration with Food Book Fair, we took over a suite at The Wythe Hotel for an Indian breakfast prepared by Jessi Singh of Babu Ji. Fruit chaat, spiced muesli, Indian scramble egg sandwich, and aloo gobi salad was served on colorful Dinosaur Designs platers alongside Stumptown Coffee, and an illustrated menu by Erika DaSilva.
